PCMS identifies and clarifies existing weaknesses within our clients’ medical record documentation and coding processes, validates the quality of the coding, and establishes standards for documentation and coding accuracy. We provide support for both Retrospective and Concurrent Audits and focus on both physicians and facilities.

Staff Augmentation
